Validated Antibodies
MS Validated Antibodies are high-quality antibodies optimized for immunohistochemistry (IHC) on formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue. Their hallmark is the rigorous validation process across 76 types of normal human tissues, ensuring superior specificity and reliability by detecting cross-reactivities early.
Out of 7,000 candidate antibodies, only 175 met the strict validation criteria. Each validated antibody has a comprehensive documentation package including 60–100 high-resolution images of normal and tumor tissues, accessible via the MSVA website.
These antibodies are widely used in diagnostic pathology, biomedical research, and academic laboratories, offering consistent staining behavior, orthogonal validation, and high reproducibility. Their quality also makes them suitable for multiplex fluorescence IHC and other advanced imaging techniques.
Additionally, BSA- and azide-free variants are available to support diverse laboratory protocols.
