Sungtech Kits

Sungtech Kits

Sugentech’s SGTi-Allergy Screen kits form a modular line-immunoblot system designed for broad and precise allergy diagnostics across inhalant, food, and combined allergen categories. Using only 50 µL of serum or plasma, the kits detect specific IgE antibodies for dozens of clinically relevant allergens — from basic screening panels to advanced 58-component molecular-level profiles. With QR-code lot calibration, pediatric-friendly sample volumes, CCD/α-Gal cross-reactivity markers, and complete compatibility with S-Blot automaton systems, Sugentech’s kits deliver reliable, reproducible, and component-resolved allergy testing for laboratories of all sizes, from routine clinics to specialized immunology centers.

Core Technical Features

  • Line immunoblot assay for multi-allergen simultaneous IgE detection.

  • Requires only 50 µL of serum or plasma (ideal for pediatrics).

  • Test time: ~3 hours (semi-automated) or ≤4 hours (fully automated).

  • Storage: 2–8 °C; validity: 18–24 months depending on kit.

  • Built-in positive controls (D.p, D.f, Shrimp, Crab).

  • QR-code lot calibration for consistent performance.

Automation Compatibility

  • Fully compatible with S-Blot 2, S-Blot 2 Easy, and S-Blot 3.

  • Supports LIS integration and automated result interpretation via S-Scan software.

Workflow & Practical Features

  • One-touch strip tray for easy setup.

  • User-friendly software for optical reading and class assignment.

  • Results expressed in IU/mL and IgE class (0–6).

  • Clear step-by-step workflow adaptable to manual, semi-automated, and fully automated systems.

Panel Families

1. Inhalant Panels

  • Screen Inhalant: Covers core environmental allergens (mites, animal epithelia, pollens, molds).

  • Inhalant 58: Expanded to 58 components with livestock, mosquito, eucalyptus, fungi, and enhanced microbial coverage.

  • Includes CCD marker to reduce false positives.

  • Designed for environmental, regional, and global exposure profiling.

2. Food Panels

  • Screen Food: Broad dietary allergen profile for routine screening (egg, milk, grains, nuts, meats, vegetables, fruits, seafood).

  • Food 58: Deep profiling with 58 allergens including molecular components (casein, α-lactalbumin, β-lactoglobulin, α-Gal).

  • Better differentiation of cross-reactive responses thanks to CCD + α-Gal.

3. Combined 58 Panel

  • 58 allergen components drawn from both inhalant and food categories.

  • Includes molecular-level markers and cross-reactivity controls (CCD, α-Gal).

  • Ideal for specialized labs managing complex, multi-sensitized patients.

  • Provides targeted, high-precision allergy diagnostics.
