The LiCA PT 1000 is a compact, water-free chemiluminescence analyzer engineered for rapid, high-sensitivity detection of blood-based biomarkers, including those relevant to early Alzheimer’s disease such as p-Tau 217, p-Tau 181, Aβ 1-40, Aβ 1-42, ApoE4, NfL, and GFAP. Its homogeneous LiCA® technology delivers pg/mL-level analytical sensitivity, excellent PET-scan concordance for neurodegenerative markers, and precise CV≤3% performance without wash or separation steps. Designed as a plug-and-play system with no liquid waste and minimal footprint, it processes up to 100 tests per hour with first results in as little as 10 minutes, making it ideal for clinics and specialty labs that need reliable, fast, fully automated biomarker testing.
