Allergy – Q 192D
The PROTIA Allergy Q-192D is an all-in-one multiplex allergy diagnostic system designed to screen up to 176 allergens simultaneously. It integrates natural allergens, recombinant component allergens, food allergens, environmental triggers, venoms, inhalants, moulds, occupational allergens, and a unique set of 10 drug and chemical allergens. This high-density panel enables clinicians to map a patient’s IgE sensitization profile with considerable breadth and molecular precision.
By incorporating 58 component allergens, the system supports refined differential diagnosis, distinguishing genuine sensitizations from cross-reactive carbohydrate determinants and identifying clinically relevant molecular markers such as PR-10 proteins, profilins, parvalbumins, caseins, nsLTPs, and tropomyosins. The platform delivers strong analytical performance, with reported k-value of 0.87, 93.5% total agreement, and 95.7% class agreement, making it suited for both broad screening and targeted molecular allergy evaluation.
